Here at CalmStep, our Wellbeing Practitioners utilise a holistic approach, drawing inspiration and expertise from multiple disciplines, in particular SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Our well-being sessions take place via video call, which increases accessibility, whilst also maintaining the relational qualities that come from having a real, face-to-face, interaction.
Our passion and promise is to always provide a service that remains authentic, personal and present, as opposed to relying upon more impersonal self-help or text based applications.
