CalmStep is a new wellbeing service for employers and employees. We offer high value, effective and authentic video call wellbeing sessions. Our video call sessions are easily accessible, whilst remaining far more personal compared to signposting colleagues to self-help resources or external services for support.
CalmStep exists to eradicate ‘Sunday Dread’. We know that the pressures of work can be tough, and sometimes you just need someone to speak to who will listen, without judgement, and work with you to help you cope and thrive.
Our Wellbeing Practitioners utilise a holistic approach, drawing inspiration and expertise from two of the most evidence based disciplines, SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Our well-being sessions take place via video call, which ensures they are easily accessible for colleagues, whilst also maintaining the relational qualities that come from having a real, face-to-face, interaction.
Booking is easy, you can either contact us via email or share your requirements from our contact us page. One of the team will be in touch to understand what you need and get your first session booked.
Our service is available in a number of different ways and pricing is dependent on this. If you are an employer we can offer packages for you and your team, or if you are an individual we can offer sessions on a pay as you go basis. Whatever your requirements, our goal is to always provide support that is fairly priced and offers value for your money. Our team are always available to discuss your options further.
