Qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused interventions, I hold postgraduate degrees in Leadership, Management, and Supervision of Mental Health Services from University College London and the University of Reading.
I have dedicated my career to improving mental health, seeking new and impactful ways to ensure people have access to support in the earliest and most seamless manner. At CalmStep, we promise to be authentic, personal, and present in every session.
